Follow the below steps to reset your ZorroSign password,
- Click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ button displayed within the ZorroSign login page.
- Enter your ZorroSign registered email address and select 'Submit'.
- ZorroSign will send a confirmation email to the address provided, allowing you to reset your password.
- Select the ‘Reset’ button within the email.
- Enter the desired new password within the space provided. The new password must be at least eight characters long and contain at least one special character and one upper-case character.
- Select 'Submit' to complete the password reset process.
