How do I create and manage my signatures?

The ‘Signatures’ page can be accessed by,

  1. Selecting the ‘Signatures’ tab within ‘Account Settings’.
  2. Selecting the ‘Signatures’ link below the drop down displayed upon selecting your Profile Icon.


A maximum of 3 signatures can be created and you have the option to ‘Delete’ or ‘Make Default’, by selecting the check box beside the signature. More than 1 signature is required to enable the ‘Make Default’ option. 


There are 3 different types of signatures that can be created within ZorroSign,

  1. Computer-generated
  2. Handwritten
  3. Uploaded signatures.


1. Computer-Generated Signature 

       

  1. Click the ‘Create’ button and select ‘Computer Generated Signature’.
  2. First, fill in ‘Name*’ and ‘Initial*’.
  3. Optionally you can select ‘Signing as’.
  4. To format the signature and initial,
    1. Select a ‘Font Type’ you prefer.
    2. Choose the color you want for your signature.
  5. While creating the signature and initial, you can preview it.
  6. Select the ‘Set as default signature’ option, if required
  7. Select the ‘Signing as’ option from the dropdown, as needed.
  8. Click ‘Create’ to complete your signature creation.


2. Handwritten Signature

   

  1. Click the ‘Create’ button and select ‘Handwritten’.
  2. Use your mouse or fingertip to draw your signature and your preferred initials.  Both are mandatory.
  3. You have the option to format your signatures by,
    1. Color and
    2. Thickness.
  4.  A preview of your changes will be displayed.
  5. Select the ‘Set as default signature’ option, if required
  6. Select the ‘Signing as’ option from the dropdown, as needed.
  7. Click ‘Create’ to complete your signature creation.




3. Upload a Signature



To create this type of signature, you must have images of signature, or initials saved in your device.

  1. Click the ‘Create’ button and select ‘Upload’.
  2. Select the ‘Upload’ icon within the signature and initial preview cages.
  3. Select the signature and initial image you wish to upload
  4. Zoom in and zoom out to fit your signature and initial size to the frame.
  5. To remove the uploaded image, Select the ‘Close’ icon.
  6. Select the Set as default signature’ option, if required
  7. Select the ‘Signing as’ option from the dropdown, as needed.
  8. Click ‘Create’ to complete your signature creation.
