With ZorroSign’s new WhatsApp Notifications premium feature, you can now receive all your envelope notifications to your WhatsApp account.
This is a premium feature and must be enabled by your Organization Admin.
To get started, WhatsApp Notifications must be enabled from your profile settings, as follows:
- Navigate to your ‘Profile’ under ‘Account Settings’
- A new checkbox will be displayed beside your ‘Phone Number.’
- Select this checkbox to enable WhatsApp Notifications.
- Selecting this checkbox will display the terms and conditions, which must all be agreed upon to proceed.
- Thereafter, the option to either provide your existing phone number or enter a new phone number to receive WhatsApp notifications will be displayed.
- Selecting the first option will display your profile phone number, which must be verified,
- Selecting the second option will display a textbox where the required new number can be entered. This number will need to be verified as well.
- Once ‘Verify’ is selected, a code will be sent to the provided phone number, which must then be entered within the space provided.
After verification, this new WhatsApp number will be saved against your profile.
