How to assign attachments to workflow users

A new Attachment icon is now available on the top right of your screen.


Select this icon to open the attachment view.


There are two (2) sections within this view:

1. Attachment Labels

2. Additional Files


1. Attachment Labels

  • The steps of your envelope will be displayed within this section.
  • Select ‘Add’ beside the required step.
  • A text box will appear where the attachment required to be uploaded can be mentioned.
  • If multiple attachments are required, select ‘Add’ again and enter the details needed.

 NOTE: Attachment Labels are not available for ‘Quick Sign’ envelopes and ‘User Specific’ templates.

 

  2. Additional Files

  • Any additional files required for the envelope can be uploaded under this section.
  • Select ‘Upload’ and choose the files required from your file explorer.
