Organizing my envelopes in Z-Vault folders.

The ‘Folders’ feature has been introduced to Z-Vault to manage envelopes with ZorroSign. This feature will be displayed within your ‘Z-Vault’.


Under ‘Folders’, ZorroSign provides the ‘My Envelopes’ parent folder by default. This contains all your envelopes along with their statuses, in one location. Any created folders will display here as well.


To create a new folder,

  1. Select the ‘+’ icon.
  2. Provide a ‘Folder Name*’. This is mandatory.
  3. Enable the ‘Select Parent Folder’option to select a parent folder from the dropdown. This list will display all your created folders.
    1. Note: There will be no folders displayed within this dropdown if you have not created any.
  4. Select a folder color from the colors provided. This is mandatory.
  5. Click on ‘Add’ to create the folder.
  6. The newly created folder will be visible under ‘My Envelopes’.


By selecting the kebab menu, the ‘Edit’ and ‘Delete’ options will be available.


When adding envelopes to folders you can follow the below method.

  1. Through Z-Vault baskets,
    1. Select the required basket.
    2. Click on the Labels icon.
    3. Select the required folder from the Labels drop down menu.


Once envelopes are added to folders successfully, a label with the folder name will display beneath the envelope name, in Z-Vault.
