How to start an envelope, using a template?

All your created templates will display within the ‘Templates’ tab. An envelope can be started from this Template List view, if you have the required start permission. The following process must be followed,

Click the ‘Start’ button.
Provide a Name and Description for the new process flow. The workflow of the template will be displayed as a preview from your sidebar.
Here you are given the option to ‘Enable Password Protect’ and provide a password for the process flow.
Once you have filled in all the details as required you can click the ‘Next’ button to move on.
Complete the tools which are assigned to you.
You have the option to add Note and Sticky Note tools and attachments as per your need.
Once you have filled in the assigned tools, then select the ‘Next’ button to continue.
Finally, provide your user account password to finish the process.

The started envelope should be in the next user’s Z-Vault Inbox baskets and your Inbox basket accordingly.
